Through her dedication and knowledge gained from management positions held across multiple departments within the company, including Information Technology, Human Resources and Administration, Marketing, International Hub Operations, Global Account Management and Business Development, she has risen through the ranks to become the Executive Director of the Cargo Services Group

- Cynthia holds a Social Science degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, along with several certifications in Information Technology and Supply Chain Management from recognised institutions in those fields
