- Chris rejoined Cargo Services in Hong Kong in April 2018 as Group Assistant Managing Director and Head of Greater China Region Seafreight and Logistics Operations
- Prior to this, Chris was the CEO of eCargo Holdings Limited (ASX:ECG) from 2013 to March 2018, where he successfully led eCargo’s formation and IPO in 2014, ECG’s acquisition of Amblique and ECG’s investment in WWE E-Commerce Limited (WWE), a joint venture with The Wharf Holdings Limited (HKEx:0004) and Walton Brown Group, a Member of The Lane Crawford Joyce Group; Chris currently remains a non-executive director at ECG and Vice-Chairman of WWE
- In 2017, Chris successfully launched MyMM美美, a mobile social eCommerce platform in China, backed by WWE E-Commerce Limited
- Chris was an Executive Director of CS Logistics from 2010 to 2012 and Group Assistant Managing Director from 2007 to 2012; During this time, Chris was responsible for the Key Account of the GAM division within Cargo Services and helped expand Cargo Services market share position in the China-Australia trade to become market leader and supported the successful acquisition of Allport Limited
- Chris is an Honorary Member of the Court at the Hong Kong Baptist University since 2012; He is a member of the fundraising committee of the Dragon Foundation, a non-profit organisation in Hong Kong; Chris was appointed a member of the 14th Nanjing Political Consultative Conference in 2018
- Chris brings more than 10 years of experience in eCommerce and supply chain technology, international retail supply chain and logistics management and international freight forwarding, having worked closely with many major retailers in Australia and the United Kingdom in the development of their global supply chains including the set-up of eCommerce operations in China, sourcing offices and QC facilities
- Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University in 2001; He spent several years with Ernst and Young LLP and Deutsche Bank in New York working in audit, structured products and fixed income before returning to Hong Kong in 2006
